We are also extending our support through a fellowship initiative for CSO and CBO leaders that recognizes grassroots leadership.
Context & Need
Many community leaders and informal collectives are already driving meaningful social change, but are constrained by a lack of flexible resources, limited institutional networks, and fewer opportunities for structured leadership development.
Fellowship Support
Through fellowship support, we enable these leaders to deepen and sustain their work by combining need-based financial assistance with access to a broader ecosystem.
Impact on the Ecosystem
This fellowship approach helps strengthen not only individual leaders but also the broader grassroots ecosystem by nurturing locally rooted leadership that can expand initiatives.
